Dr. Kumail Abbas is a psychologist, educationist, and global entrepreneur with over 18 years of hands-on experience in the education and institutional development ecosystem. His journey has been deeply rooted in working with schools, colleges, universities, and skill institutions to strengthen admissions, academic positioning, student outcomes, and long-term brand value.
He is the Founder of Creating Stars Consultancy Pvt. Ltd ., a strategic growth partner for educational institutions. Through Creating Stars, he has worked closely with management teams across India and overseas, supporting admission growth strategies, academic frameworks, institutional branding, and international student engagement. His exposure includes collaborating with institutions and stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure sustainable enrollment and quality driven expansion. With a strong foundation in psychology and education, Dr. Kumail brings a rare balance of academic insight and execution-focused strategy. He is widely known for his practical approach to institution building, often referred to as an Admissions & Growth Expert”, where results and systems matter more than theory.
He is also the Founder of ONFYX Global Entrepreneurs Private Limited , an entrepreneurship and professional development ecosystem launched over five years ago. ONFYX was built with a clear vision: to be a solution-driven platform for entrepreneurs, professionals, and youth. Rather than motivation alone, ONFYX focuses on clarity, structure, mentoring, real-world exposure, and execution support.
ONFYX YouthForce is a direct extension of this vision, designed to build future-ready students through career clarity, leadership development, entrepreneurship exposure, and employability readiness. Beyond education and entrepreneurship, Dr. Kumail Abbas is an ex-boxer and an active contributor to the boxing ecosystem. As part of the international boxing fraternity, he has been involved in training, mentoring, and conducting tournaments, bringing the discipline, resilience, and mindset of sports into leadership and youth development.
