Dr. Ruby John serves as the Program Director of ONFYX YOUTHCATALYX, leading the strategic design, academic integrity, and institutional execution of the programme across undergraduate and postgraduate partnerships. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Madras and brings over 27 years of experience in academic leadership, clinical practice, research mentoring, and institutional quality systems. Her career spans teaching at UG, PG, and PhD levels, guiding research scholars, coordinating NAAC and IQAC processes, integrating outcome-based education frameworks, and designing structured student mentoring and life-skill interventions.
At ONFYX YOUTHCATALYX, Dr. Ruby anchors the Diagnose – Design – Deliver – Demonstrate framework, ensuring that student screening diagnostics are academically sound, pathway allocation is evidence-based, programme delivery maintains rigour, and outcome reporting aligns with measurable institutional standards. Her expertise in accreditation alignment, psychological empowerment, mentoring systems, and soft skills development strengthens the Youthcatalyx model by enhancing career clarity, employability readiness, entrepreneurial confidence, and institutional accountability. Through strategic academic leadership and student-centred engagement, she ensures that ONFYX YOUTHCATALYX delivers structured progression and demonstrable institutional impact.
