He is the Founder of Creating Stars Consultancy Pvt. Ltd ., a strategic growth partner for educational institutions. Through Creating Stars, he has worked closely with management teams across India and overseas, supporting admission growth strategies, academic frameworks, institutional branding, and international student engagement. His exposure includes collaborating with institutions and stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure sustainable enrollment and quality-driven expansion.

He is a recipient of the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award (NGO) for Best Professor, a recognition of his commitment to academic excellence and student development. His areas of expertise include Accounts, Finance, and Management education, with strong strengths in public speaking, leadership, curriculum development, and student engagement.
