This assessment does not rank, judge, or label students. It is designed purely for guidance and self-awareness.

By proceeding with the ONFYX Youth Catalyx Career Readiness & Direction Assessment, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Assessment:
   This assessment is a career readiness and guidance tool. It is not a psychological, medical, or psychometric evaluation.
2. No Guarantee Clause:
   The assessment does not guarantee placement, admission, entrepreneurial success, income, or career outcomes.
3. Accuracy of Responses:
   The participant confirms that all responses provided are truthful. Misrepresentation may affect assessment outcomes.
4. Assessment Report Usage:
   The report reflects the participant’s current readiness level and is intended only for guidance purposes.
5. Fees & Refund Policy:
   The assessment fee is non-refundable once payment is completed, irrespective of participation or completion.
6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality:
   ONFYX will use assessment data only for report generation and internal analysis. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property:
   All assessment content, reports, and frameworks are the intellectual property of ONFYX and may not be copied or reproduced.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   ONFYX shall not be held liable for any decisions taken by participants based on assessment outcomes.
9. Governing Law:
   These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Karnataka.
